How do I apply a theme?
Open any pack and tap Apply this look, then follow the three guided steps: save & set the wallpaper, add the matching LumaLock widgets, and match the suggested clock style. iOS keeps the final placement in its own Settings, so LumaLock walks you through each move.
Why can't LumaLock just set everything automatically?
iOS only lets an app customize the surfaces it owns — its own widgets, wallpapers it hands to you, and its own notifications. It can't reach into other apps or set your wallpaper for you. LumaLock gives you the coordinated pieces and guides you through placing them, which is the most any personalization app can do.
How do I save a wallpaper?
On a pack's page, tap Save wallpaper to Photos. Then open the Photos app, choose the image, and use it as your lock or home screen.
How do I restore my purchases?
Tap the profile icon on the Gallery to open Settings, then choose Restore purchases. Anything you've bought returns on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.
Do the widgets need my location or health data?
Only if you add the weather or steps widgets. Location powers local conditions; Health reads your step count. Both are used only on your device, and you can review or revoke them anytime in iOS Settings.
Is my data private?
Yes. LumaLock has no account and no server — your favorites and purchases stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID.
What do I need to run LumaLock?
An iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
