Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LumaLock app ("the app") provided by Renobytes ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases, including individual theme packs and a Pro unlock. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies; refund requests are handled by Apple. Use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app to restore non-consumable purchases on a new device.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer it (except as permitted by law), redistributing its assets, or using it in violation of applicable law.

Content and assets

Wallpapers, palettes, widget designs, and other artwork in the app are owned by Renobytes or its licensors and are provided for your personal use on your own devices. Wallpapers you export are for your personal use.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. iOS controls final placement of wallpapers, widgets, and clock styles; the app provides guidance but cannot change system behavior beyond what iOS allows.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renobytes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
